Homo Trustens: a cross-cultural portrait of trust in business
The dramatic difference between cultures surprisingly fades when it comes to trust. Apparently, humanity has developed a unified approach to establishment and communication of trust practiced nowadays by government institutions. When centralized institutions fulfill their obligations responsibly, traditional rules of trust establishment lose their significance. The opposite is also true. The workshop will feature case studies of trust-building from Switzerland, the UK, Georgia, China, and Ukraine.
